Refund policy

We are unable to offer a refund once the item has been sent out. If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know at least 72 hours before your rental. Once that 72-hour period has started, we are unable to offer a refund. The team is on hand to help with any questions about sizing and measurements so please do get in touch with any questions.

If User notifies Us that they are unable to wear an item due to size/fit and returns the Item, unworn on the same/next working day, the User will be provided with a Gift Card of value of their original order less £10 for postage & Packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
